Doors will have solid wood frames with 1/4″ veneer panels for most wood species. Paint grade doors will have solid wood frames with 1/4″ MDF panels (1/4″ veneers panels are available).
Standard frame thickness is 13/16″ thick, 5/4 (1″) thick frames are available for most woods.
